Shipping Policy

At Petite Paws, we know you (and your pup) are excited to get your order. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your items.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: We process and pack all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • High Volume: During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–4 business days for delivery (when available).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin once the order has left our facility, not from the date the order was placed.

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We currently ship to street addresses within the United States.
  • P.O. Boxes: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly noted as an option at checkout.
  • International: We do not currently ship internationally. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified if this changes!

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the initial location of your package.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can file a claim and make it right.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, contact our support team.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. Petite Paws is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an error, re-shipping fees may apply.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately for all new orders.
