Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products unless specifically excluded below.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Damaged or defective products? Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

2. We will reply within 1 business day with return mailing instructions.

Refund Process

• Refunds issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after item inspection.
• Refunds initiated within 2 business days after receiving your returned item.
